1. MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT

9. LIMIT YOUR USE OF BRA

 to go braless when you are home. According to research, women who wore 
their bras 24 hours a day had a 3 out of 4 chance of developing breast 
cancer. Women who wore bras more than 12 hours a day but not to bed, has
 a 1 out of 7 risk of developing breast cancer. Women who wore their 
bras less than 12 hours a day had a 1 out of 52 risk, and women who 
rarely wore bras had a 1 out of 152 chance of getting breast cancer.
10. Limit your alcohol intake.
