Firstly, you hold the pen*s this way – one hand holding around the
pen*s head, and another hand is around that hand. As you hold on to the
pen*s, you should stretch, and rotate your pen*s for 30 times. Rotate to
the counter-clockwise, release, massage your pen*s for a little bit,
then rotate to the in the clockwise direction. Remember, if you feel any
kind of pain, it means you should start slow, and not stretch too

Kegel exercises:
Clench your pen*s muscle as if you are trying trying to hold pee,
then release. Do a set of 10, get some rest, then steadily increase the
number in each set. Try to only focus on your penile muscles, avoid
clenching your stomach or b*tt muscle as it will decrease the impact.
Foods:
Eating the right foods could also improve your overall pen*s
performance. Foods like chocolate, ginger, watermelon, garlic and chilli
peppers are recommended.
