Honourable Essien Ekpenyong Ayi, the representative of the Baka$$i/ Akpabuyo/Calabar South Federal Constituency of Cross River State, was pictured with his face in his palm as he took an obviously much-needed nap during Buhari’s presentation. President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, presented the 2016 budget to a joint session of the National a$$embly in Abuja. However, the ceremony proved to be of no interest to one legislator who was sound asleep. Honourable Essien Ekpenyong Ayi, the representative of the Baka$$i/ Akpabuyo/Calabar South Federal Constituency of Cross River State, was pictured with his face in his palm as he took an obviously much-needed nap during Buhari’s presentation. Meanwhile, the president has a$$ured Nigerians that the 2016 budget would revive the country’s economy and lead to the creation of more jobs. He also apologized for the ongoing fuel scarcity and a$$ured citizens that the government was working hard to resolve the situation.
