Unbelievable! Old Woman Accused Of Being A Witch Burned Alive In Remote Village

An old woman who was thought to a witch, has been subjected to pass through excruciating torture and brutal death.

An old woman identified as Rosa Villar Jarionca, has been killed in Peru.

 

The woman accused of being a witch was burned alive on a bonfire in an indigenous community in a remote part of the country’s Amazon rainforest.

 

This development was revealed by authorities in Peru. 

 

According to The Guardian, prosecutor Hugo Mauricio said members of the Shiringamazu Alto community sentenced 73-year-old Rosa Villar Jarionca to death over claims she made people sick through witchcraft. The alleged burning took place on 20 September, but the area is so remote that word of it did not reach authorities until recently. 

 

Mauricio said a cellphone video shot by a witness and given to prosecutors appeared to show Villar with her hands tied amid a pile of dry logs and B.ranches. A man bathes the logs and the woman with gasoline and another man throws a lit match on to the bonfire. Villar can be heard screaming. 

 

“The woman was burned alive because the people accused her of being a witch,” Mauricio told the Associated Press. 

 

He added that villagers burned her body on the pyre for three days to leave no traces of the killing but that authorities managed to locate some bones. He said he and 20 police officers visited the scene and returned with evidence they collected. 

 

A record of the decision to burn Villar at the stake was written by hand in the community’s log book and seen by authorities, Mauricio said. It indicated she was sentenced by a majority vote and the decision was signed by community leaders, he said. 

 

The document said her punishment would serve “as an example to the community and other communities against this kind of damage”, referring to allegations that Villar had made members of the community sick, the prosecutor said. 

 

Mauricio, whose Puerto Bermúdez district in Peru’s central rainforest includes 300 indigenous communities, said accusations of witchcraft were common. In 2015, a pregnant woman in another community was accused of witchcraft and beaten so badly she miscarried. 

 

He said the remote area lacked a strong government presence, with residents having scant access to justice, health or education.

Police Arrest Notorious Kidnappers While Spending N12 million Ransom Money (Photo)

 Two members of a gang of notorious kidnappers have been arrested by the police while enjoying ransom money they collected after kidnapping some landlords in Lagos.

Policemen in Lagos State have arrested two deadly kidnappers who abducted three landlords and their physical trainer near Lekki Gardens Estate, Isheri along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

 

According to The Tribune, the suspects were arrested by the Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team in Ondo State where they temporarily relocated to after the Isheri operation.

 

One of the arrested suspects identified as James Kegbe alias JJ, an indigene of Arogbo in Ese Odo of Ondo State had been on a spending spree in Ore after collecting N1.2 million as his share of the total ransom of N12 million paid for the victims.

 

He allegedly confessed to the police that he was part of the gang that abducted the landlords. He has also named other members of his gang as Julius, Victor, Trust, Senior Man, John and Prince.

 

The police are now looking for the other gang members.

The award, founded in 2003, relates to performances across a particular calendar year, with the winner decided by a panel of 30 journalists. 

 

Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero,  Paul Pogba, and Raheem Sterling are past winners, while Manchester United’s Anthony Martial claimed the prize last year.

 

Iheanacho’s Manchester City are currently flying high this season, and are yet to lose a game with the 19-year-old already contributing goals for the Citizens both in the Premier League and in the Champions League.

 

Iwobi’s Arsenal have also had great shows in recent weeks, having started the season with a home loss to Liverpool. The Nigerian international returned from injury to reclaim his spot as a first team regular for the Gunners.

4. HIGH CAFFEINE CONSUMPTION
If you consume too much caffeine and you experience breast pain, your caffeine consumption might be the reason especially in women with fibrocystic breasts. Graghic footage: Drug dealer beaten with electrical cables & tourtured after being caught by pro-Russian rebels in Ukraine

The shocking video shows the man begging for his life as he’s repeatedly brutally whipped with electrical cables while tied with red tape to a wooden post in southern Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast region.
The whipping was carried out by a militant identified as ‘Olkhon’ who came from the central Russian city of Novosibirsk to support Ukrainian pro-Russian rebels.
A voice in the background of the video says: ‘The f****** film shooting has started. This is the punishment of a drug dealer”.

The man is subsequently asked if he is admitting he is a junkie, to which he cries out no.
The man then started to beg for his life and is heard saying:

Stop please! I’ll say what you need. I will call another drug dealer and he will arrive with drugs.

But then they demand to know why he has a drug dealer’s phone number and the beating continues.

 The person who shot the video then speaks saying:

“We don’t need courts, sentences, this is what we need.’

The video was posted online by an official community of pro-Russian rebels on the Russian social network VKontakte.

Argentine player shoots referee dead & injures another player after he was given red card

An amateur football match was marred by violence after a player shot and killed a referee and also injured another player after he was given a red card. The match took place on Sunday in the Campo de la Ribera area of Cordoboa, Argentina. The referee, Cesar Flores, 48, was killed after being shot three times - once in the head, neck and chest, according to police.

According to the report bt MirrorSport, Police say referee Cesar Flores, 48, showed the assailant a red card for making a heavy tackle on an opponent. The player, who is at large, then retrieved a gun from his bag and shot Flores three times. He also wounded another player, 25-year-old Walter Zarate, before fleeing the scene.

Walter Zarate, was taken to hospital, though he is not in critical condition.

The woman, Margaret Achieng (pictured speaking to journalists) is currently admitted at Thika Level Five Hospital. Her husband underwent a successful reconstruction surgery. Rihanna cancels Grammy performance

Rihanna cancelled her Grammy performance due to bronchitis. She actually arrived at the venue of the awards, the Staples Center, but did not walk the red carpet. She went straight to rehearsals but left. It was reported that a doctor on site recommended that she quit the performance because it could permanently damage her vocal cords. Rihanna reps said she really wanted to perform but reluctantly decided she had to listen to her doctors.

Eric LeBlanc, 43, loves reptiles so much he lives with hundreds of snakes and lizards. A fire at his reptile store killed some of his animals so he moved the rest into his home where they frolic with his kids. Despite the danger the animals could pose he has no problem allowing his three children Erica, three, Larry, four, and Katie, seven, to handle them.

“The worst bite my daughter got was from a bearded dragon,” said Eric.
“My son got bit in the forehead one time by a ball python when he was around two-years-old.
“He opened one of the tubs after me and basically startled it – the python jumped up and bit him on the nose.”

His store is undergoing repairs and while the reptiles live the family, he is trying to raise his children to have no fear of them.

He said: “They make great pets. They don’t have fleas and are low maintenance so you don’t have to take them to a vet regularly like a dog or a cat.

“I have Shelby a seven-year-old albino lavender reticulated python – these are some of the biggest snakes in the world.
“Obviously the bigger the snake the bigger the teeth, so it’s dangerous – but Shelby is very placid. She is over 19ft long and believe me I know what she is capable of.
“When you hold her you can feel her moving you – she is like one big muscle.
“When she is playing with the kids she really pulls them.
“They can really feel the strength of her – you’ve got to have total respect for these animals and that’s what I have.”

He doesn't seem to be putting his children in danger however as he insists they are safe and won't leave them without supervision. He said:
“In this country everybody has an opinion.
“Some people think it’s safe for kids to shoot guns.
“I won’t let my kids shoot guns but I’m comfortable with them being around reptiles – I guess we’re all pretty individual in how we bring our children up.”
“My kids have been bitten by pythons and dragons but they’re always fine,” added Eric.
“Growing up I was bitten by snakes, dogs and lizards but my biggest accident was when I fell from a tree – anything can happen – kids will be kids.”

He says the children now know so much about snakes they can tell different kinds snakes apart and know to leave them alone or approach them.
Eric also owned a 7ft 2ins crocodile monitor lizard called Jellybean, which was allowed to play with his children – unfortunately he died in the fire.

Victoria Beckham showed off the latest collections from her line at the New York Fashion Week while her family was seated front row to lend support.

Husband, David, sons, Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 13, were all present but the star of the show was 4-year-old Harper who spotted braids, a cute black dress and a cardigan to match.


Victoria's business ventures brought in £34million in the last year, overtaking her husband for the first time ever. The family headed out for lunch after the successful show.
